book shop policy

thank you for supporting this independent book shop. please read the following carefully before placing an order. by ordering, you agree to these terms.

all products sold through this website are made to order using a print-on-demand service. because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final. we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

if your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage incurred during transit, you may be eligible for a refund. to initiate a claim, you must notify the book shop in writing via email (contact@alexandreaoneill.com) within seven calendar days of delivery. please include the following:

  • your order number
  • a clear description of the issue
  • photographic documentation of the defect or damage

requests submitted outside the seven-day window, or without the required documentation, may be denied.

refunds are issued at the book shop’s discretion and only in cases of confirmed defects or shipping damage. the book shop is not responsible for issues resulting from customer error, including but not limited to incorrect shipping information or formatting selections. shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by a verified printing defect or fulfillment error.

please note that book orders may require up to two weeks for production prior to shipment. by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that each item is made specifically for you and designed for quality over mass production. we reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
