return & refund policy

all products sold through this website are made to order via a print-on-demand service. as such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

however, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage incurred during shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. to initiate a claim, you must notify us in writing via email (contact@alexandreaoneill.com) within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide the following:

• your order number

• a clear description of the issue

• photographic evidence of the damage or defect

we reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements or are submitted outside the 7-day window. please note:

• refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion and only in the case of verified defects or damage.

• we are not responsible for issues arising from customer errors (e.g., incorrect shipping address or formatting preferences).

• shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was due to our fulfillment partner or a printing defect.

please also keep in mind that book orders may take up to two weeks to print before being shipped out. by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
